Providing the Project Manager and Architectural Services department with technical and relevant industry standards advice through the process of project documentation. During the construction of large capital projects the Construction Supervisor would maintain a detailed record / diary of works in progress documenting works being undertaken and what location, attendance onsite by the builder and sub contractors, potential delays to the construction programme, details of weather conditions, all written and verbal instructions from both Project Manager and consulting team and all documentation issues to the builder.
